Tandoori Chicken Recipe | Restaurant Style Homemade Chicken Tandoori | Scroll Recipe
Ingredient:
• 500 gm Chicken Leg
• 4 TBSP Curd
• 2 TBSP red chilli Paste
• Salt to taste
• 1 TBSP red chilli powder
• 1 TSP cumin powder
• ½ Turmeric powder
• 1 TSP ginger paste
• BBQ sauce
• 1 TSP garlic powder
• Butter
• Lemon
Marinate Chicken:
• 500 gm Chicken
• Make deep slashes in chicken legs, cutting all the way to the bone,
• Add 4 TBSP Curd
• Add 2 TBSP red chilli Paste
• Add Salt to taste
• Add 1 TBSP red chilli powder
• Add 1 TSP cumin powder
• Add ½ turmeric powder
• Add 1 TSP ginger paste
• Add BBQ sauce
• Add 1 TSP garlic powder
• Refrigerate for 2 hours
• Add oil
• Slide the tray in preheated oven
• Roast it for 20-25, 190 degree C
• In a griller add some butter
• Melt the butter
• Grill it for 4-5 mints
• Serve with onion and lemon
