Vegetable Chowmein Recipe | Street Style Veg Chowmein Recipe | Scroll Recipe
Ingredient:
• 2 noodles
• Salt to taste
• 2 TBSP vinegar
• 2 TBSP red chilli sauce
• 1 TBSP green chilli sauce
• Add ½ TSP powder sugar
• 2 TBSP oil
• chopped garlic
• 1 TSP garlic paste
• 1 TSP chopped ginger
• 1 TSP ginger paste
• 1 cup sliced onion
• ½ yellow bell pepper
• ½ red bell pepper
• 1 green capsicum
• 1 cup spring onion
• cabbage
• 1 TBSP soya sauce
Process:
Step 1:
• In a large pot heat water
• Add the raw noodles
• Add salt
• Let them cook
• Once cooked remove in a strainer and apply oil and keep aside
Step 2:
• In a bowl add 2 TBSP vinegar
• Add 2 TBSP red chilli sauce
• Add 1 TBSP green chilli sauce
• Add ½ TSP powder sugar
• Add chilli flakes
• Mix it nicely
Step 3:
• Heat the pan and add 2 TBSP oil
• Add chopped garlic
• Add 1 TSP garlic paste
• Add 1 TSP chopped ginger
• Add 1 TSP ginger paste
• Fry it
• Add 1 cup sliced onion
• Sauté it for few mint
• Add ½ yellow bell pepper
• Add ½ red bell pepper
• Add 1 green capsicum
• Add 1 cup spring onion
• Sauté it for few mint
• Add salt to taste
• Add cabbage
• Add 1 TBSP soya sauce
• Add sauce mix
• Add noodles
• Sauté it
• Add few bell peppers, onion, spring onion
• Add 1 TSP red chilli powder
• Mix it nicely
• Serve hot
