Ingredients:
• 3 TBSP oil
• ¼ cup diced potato
• ¼ cup beans
• salt to taste
• ¼ cup peas
• ¼ cup carrot
• ¼ cup cauliflower
• 2 TBSP ghee
• 1 TSP cumin seeds, 10-12 black pepper, 6-7 cardamom,1 inch cinnamon, 1 black cardamom
• Dry fruits (cashew, Almond, walnut, Black Raisins, kismis)
• 2 TSP sugar
• 2 ½ cups cooked rice and mix it nicely
• ½ cup fried paneer
• 3 TBSP kesar milk
Recipe:
• Heat 4 tbsp oil in a pan
• Add diced potato and fry it
• Add ¼ cup beans
• Add salt to taste
• Add ¼ cup peas
• Add ¼ cup carrot
• Fry it for few minutes and keep it aside
• Add cauliflower in the same oil
• Add salt to taste
• Fry until golden brown and keep it aside
• Add 1 TBSP ghee
• Add 1 TSP cumin seeds, 10-12 black pepper, 6-7 cardamom,1 inch cinnamon, 1 black cardamom
• Fry it
• Add dry fruits (cashew, Almond, walnut, Black Raisins, kismis)
• Fry it
• Add all fried vegetables
• Mix it nicely
• Add 2 TSP sugar
• Add 2 ½ cooked rice and mix it nicely
• Add salt to taste
• Add fried paneer
• Mix it nicely
• Add 3 TBSP kesar milk
• Add 1 TBSP ghee and mix it nicely
• Cover with a lid for 2-3 mints
• Open the lid and serve hot
