Malai Chicken Curry | Murgh Malaiwala Recipe | Creamy Chicken Curry | Scroll Recipe
Ingredient:
• 4 tbsp Ghee
• 2 black Cardamom
• 2 Green cardamom
• cumin powder (1 TSP)
• 500 gm Chicken
• Salt to taste
• Chopped Chillies 1-2 TSP
• 1 tbsp Ginger, Grated
• 2 cups milk
• 3 tbsp Almond paste
• 1 tbsp black pepper powder
• 1/4 tsp Kasuri methi
• 1/4 tsp Cardamom powder
• 1 tbsp Malai
• 1 tsp Degi mirch

Process:

• 2 TBSP Ghee in a pan
• Add 2 black Cardamom
• Add 2 Green cardamom
• Add 500gm Chicken leg
• Sauté it for 2-3 mints
• Add Salt to taste
• 1 tbsp grated Ginger
• Add 2 cups milk
• Add 3 tbsp Almond paste
• Mix it nicely
• Add salt to taste
• Add 1 TBSP black pepper
• Add cumin powder (1 TSP)
• Keep Stirring
• Cover with the lid for 5-7 mints
• Add 1 TSP Chilli paste
• Once chicken done add 1 tsp Kasuri methi
• Add 1 TSP sugar
• Add Cardamom pwder
• Mix it nicely
• Add 1TBSP ghee in a separate pan
• Heat the ghee
• Add ½ TSP Degi Mirch powder.
